A daily nervous-system protocol · iOS
One 10-minute session. Three states. Breathwork wakes you. Gratitude fills you. Meditation stills you, run as one continuous arc, not three separate apps.
You're awake. You're here. Let's go.
One session · one unbroken line
Most apps hand you a library and make you assemble the morning yourself. Stillwake is a single guided arc. The real timestamps from the flagship Morning Stack are below. The craft is in the two transitions, where it stops feeling like three tracks bolted together.
Breathwork · Activate
Two rounds of deep, paced cyclic breathing to switch the nervous system on. On purpose. You follow the sound; the coach sets the pace.
Transition → the heart settles on its own
Gratitude · Enrich
Felt, embodied gratitude: one person, one ordinary thing, one thing about you. Not a list you recite. Something you feel in the body first.
Transition → the warmth stays, the mind opens
Meditation · Still
Breath awareness widening into open stillness, then a grounded hand-off to the day. It closes on the anchor: you're awake, you're here, let's go.
Rest · the state you built, on purpose
Why the seams matter: the transitions at 3:30 and 6:30 are the product: a physiological bridge, never a hard cut. That's the thing no library of single tracks can hand you.
Why stacked
Every other app ships breathwork, gratitude, and meditation as separate features in a menu. You open one, then another, then a third, assembling the morning by hand, most days skipping it.
Stillwake sequences them into one continuous ritual with a beginning, a middle, and an end. Press play once. The arc carries you from activation to stillness with zero decisions to make.
Or start from a state
Four taps, four hand-built arcs. Each one is the same stacked ritual, tuned to where you're starting the day.
The protocol
289,630
sessions studied
In research on 289,630 sessions, session length didn't predict whether people kept practicing. Consistency and morning timing did.
So we didn't build a longer session. We built a shorter one you can actually repeat, and wrapped it in the two things the evidence points to: a fixed morning slot, and a streak that survives real life. Honest framing, not a health claim.
Not a reminder. An appointment you keep with yourself. Same time every morning. That's the whole trick.
A day counts when you finish. One free freeze a week, so a single missed morning never wipes the run you built.
Narrated by the founder
"I walked this path before I built it. Years of sitting, daily breathwork, gratitude kept by hand. Stillwake is the ritual I do every morning, in one voice, start to finish."
One consistent voice guides every session, the same grounded coach from the first breath to the last word. No rotating cast, no stock narrator. The person who built the arc is the person walking you through it.
Full honesty on how that voice is produced, including our use of a cloned voice, is spelled out plainly in the FAQ. Nothing hidden, never mid-session.

Straight answers
Stillwake is a wellness practice, not medical advice and not a medical device. The breathwork includes short breath-holds: safe for most people, not for everyone.
Skip the holds if you're pregnant, have a heart condition or high blood pressure, have epilepsy or a seizure history, or have fainted before, you keep the session and just breathe easy through those parts. And never do the breathing while driving, standing where a fall would hurt, or in or near water. Sit or lie down somewhere safe. If something feels off, breathe normal and stop. Talk to your doctor before starting if you have any health conditions.
Honestly, you can. The breathwork, the gratitude prompts, the meditation all exist for free out there.
What you can't get for free is the sequence: one continuous arc with the two transitions engineered so it doesn't feel like three clips in a row, plus a zero-decision daily ritual that starts the same way every morning. Stillwake isn't selling the ingredients. It's selling the arc, assembled, and the habit built around it.
Yes, and we'll say it plainly: the sessions are narrated in the founder's own voice, produced with a cloned version of it so we can keep the library consistent and growing without re-recording every line. It's his voice, his words, his direction: reproduced, not invented.
We disclose it here, in the open. Never quietly, and never mid-session. If that's a dealbreaker for you, we'd rather you know now than feel misled later.
We're in the middle of building it. Rather than promise a date we might miss, we're proving the ritual works with a small group first.
The waitlist is how you get in early: you'll hear before anyone else, and you'll get the founding-member window first.
The first 100 members lock $29.99/year for life: a permanent rate, not a one-time payment, held as long as you stay subscribed even after the price rises to $49.99 and beyond.
Founders also get a direct line to the founder, first access to every new session, a vote on the roadmap, and a Founding Member badge. It's the cohort that funds the build, and you're not charged until we launch.
At first, yes: iOS only at launch. Building one platform well beats building two badly, and it lets us prove the ritual before we spread thin.
Android comes later if the demand is there. Joining the waitlist on any device is the clearest way to tell us you want it.
